What is your cancellation policy?

We have a No Refund Policy.

What is the minimum rider age?

The age at which children can ride independently is set at a minimum of 9 years old. For children under 9, it’s necessary for them to be accompanied by an adult while riding a horse.

How long are the rides?

Our rides last for approximately 1 hour.

What should I wear?

We recommend that you bring along trousers and closed-toe shoes. This attire will help ensure your comfort and safety during your horseback riding experience.

Will you help me take pictures?

Yes we will! Our guides will help you capture the most amazing shots on your phones during your experience.

Can my kids ride with me?

You would not be able to ride the same horse as your kids, but we do offer a one on one guide that will be with each rider each step of the way. Including if they need extra help and someone riding with them.

I don't have any riding experience. Is that ok?

Ans. Children aged 7 and above ride independently, there is no option for 2 people on a horse.

Are there weight restrictions?

Our weight limit for rides is 250lbs.

What safety measures are in place for riders?

Safety is our top priority. We provide ASTM/SEI certified helmets, conduct thorough safety briefings before each ride, and have experienced instructors and guides on hand. Additionally, we maintain a strict weight limit for the well-being of our horses.

Are trail rides available for beginners?

Absolutely! Our trail rides are beginner-friendly, and our trained guides are there to assist you every step of the way. Whether it's your first time riding or you're looking for a relaxed experience, we've got you covered.

What is the cancellation policy for lessons and events?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. For special events, a longer notice period may be required. Please refer to our policy details on the website.

Do you offer private rides or lessons?

Yes, we offer private rides and lessons for individuals or small groups. This allows for a more personalized experience tailored to your preferences and skill level.

Can I bring my own helmet?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own helmet as long as it meets ASTM/SEI certification standards for horseback riding.

Is there a maximum group size for trail rides?

Yes, our group rides typically accommodate up to 8 riders to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Larger groups may be accommodated with prior arrangements.
